Operators of eligible Instagram professional accounts who can authorize BrandMilo through Meta, subject to platform eligibility and review.

The planned Instagram integration is intended for eligible professional accounts, such as business or creator accounts supported by the current Instagram Platform. It will use official Meta authorization and publishing APIs after required access and review are granted.
Current status
PlannedStatus is config-driven and must stay honest. “Available” is used only when the integration works for ordinary authorized users in production.

- Authorized professional account identifiers
- Publishing options available to the account
- Media and caption metadata prepared for supported content types
- Publication status returned by official APIs

- Drafts and publication records in BrandMilo
- Posts created through official APIs when publishing is enabled
Permissions
Exact scope names must match current official provider documentation at implementation time. BrandMilo requests the minimum needed for visible features.

Authorization
Authorization uses Meta’s official flow for Instagram Platform products. Personal-account publishing and unofficial automation are out of scope.
Disconnect
Disconnect from Integrations or revoke access in Meta settings.

Use BrandMilo Data & Privacy controls and the public Data Deletion page.

Select an authorized professional account; prepare image, carousel, Reel, or other supported types; validate media and captions; review publishing options; publish or schedule where supported; sync status.
Known limitations
- Personal-account publishing is not supported.
- Unsupported media types or features not available through the official API will not be offered through unofficial automation.
- Status remains Planned until review and production readiness are complete.
