Workflow
From authorized listing to reviewed Pin
A controlled path: connect Etsy, sync listings, create and review a draft, connect Pinterest in private beta, choose a board, and explicitly publish a test or approved Pin.

01
Create a workspace
Create an account, verify email, set the workspace name and timezone, and choose initial brand rules.
02
Connect Etsy — Private beta — Etsy Personal App
Authorized sellers connect their own shop through Etsy’s official OAuth. BrandMilo requests listings_r and shops_r only. Phase 1 is read-only: BrandMilo does not modify Etsy listings or collect Etsy passwords.
03
Synchronize active listings
BrandMilo imports active listings in pages, normalizes content, stores permitted listing and image data, and displays a sync summary. Repeated syncs update existing records instead of creating duplicates.
04
Generate an AI-assisted draft
Select a listing and optional content template. The system creates a background job, sends a limited set of listing facts to the configured AI provider, validates structured output, and saves a draft.
05
Review, edit, and approve
Compare the generated copy with the source, edit any field, and choose an image. Approve the draft only when it is accurate. Destination board selection happens when you connect Pinterest in private beta.
06
Connect Pinterest in private beta (Private beta — Pinterest Trial)
Pinterest Trial Access is approved. In the controlled private beta you connect your own Pinterest account through official OAuth, read authorized boards, and select a board. Production Connect stays limited to selected test workspaces. Broader availability depends on Standard Access.
07
Explicitly publish a test or approved Pin
Pinterest Trial Access is approved. BrandMilo is validating authorized OAuth, board selection, and user-approved Pin publishing in a controlled private beta before requesting Standard Access. After you review and approve a draft, BrandMilo stores a scheduled time in UTC if you choose later, then calls Pinterest’s official Create Pin API only after that explicit action. Create Pin requests do not include a Pinterest publish_at field.
Scheduling is application-side
After credentials exist for a permitted workspace, scheduled Pins are stored in BrandMilo as UTC times and sent through the official Create Pin API when due. Create Pin requests do not include a Pinterest publish_at field. This is BrandMilo scheduling, not a native Pinterest scheduler. Broader Pinterest availability depends on Standard Access.
