Who is eligible
Etsy sellers who can authorize BrandMilo against their own shop through Etsy’s official OAuth flow. Access is currently Private beta (limited / selected users). Commercial Access is not granted. BrandMilo is not endorsed by Etsy.

Turn authorized Etsy listings into a controlled content workflow
Authorized Etsy sellers can connect their own shop so BrandMilo can import synchronized shop and listing information for content workflows. Phase 1 is read-only.
Current status
Private beta — Etsy Personal AppPublic status: Private beta — Etsy Personal App. Access tier: Etsy Personal App. Etsy Personal App access is approved for limited invited usage only (Private beta). This is not a general live connect for all eligible sellers. Status is derived from product readiness, provider review state, access tier, and environment — not a standalone marketing flag.

- Authorized shop identity and basic shop information
- Active listing identifiers and state
- Listing titles and descriptions
- Product links
- Prices and currencies
- Tags, materials, taxonomy, and quantity where available
- Listing images and image metadata
- Provider timestamps and technical metadata required for synchronization
Data created or published
- Normalized local listing records
- Sync status and job history
- Optional cached media references when required for publishing reliability
Permissions
Phase 1 uses official read-only shop and listing access. BrandMilo does not request listing write, order, buyer, or profile permissions.
Authorization
Authorization occurs on Etsy’s website. BrandMilo validates OAuth state (and PKCE), exchanges the authorization code, encrypts tokens, and displays connection status.
Disconnect
Disconnect Etsy from the in-app Integrations page. Disconnecting stops future synchronization. Imported listings stay in BrandMilo until you request deletion.
Deletion
Request deletion from Settings → Data & Privacy or the public Data Deletion page. Disconnect alone may not remove already imported records.

BrandMilo does not modify Etsy listings, publish changes back to Etsy, request Etsy passwords, or scrape Etsy seller pages. You can disconnect the shop from Integrations at any time.
Etsy application type
BrandMilo is an Etsy Personal App (limited-scale tools that other sellers may use), not a Seller App for a single shop. Personal Access was approved 2026-08-14. Commercial Access is a later Etsy review and is not granted.
Known limitations
- We do not request the user’s Etsy password.
- We do not scrape Etsy pages.
- Phase 1 OAuth requests only listings_r and shops_r.
- Phase 1 does not edit or delete Etsy listings (no listings_w or listings_d).
- Phase 1 does not import orders, buyers, or transactions (no transactions_r or transactions_w).
- Availability depends on Etsy developer access, API terms, rate limits, account eligibility, and continued authorization.
